Each of this countries eat it in their own ways but it is mostly eaten with fried chicken, fried fish or even boiled eggs.

How to prepare fried plantain

In order to prepare fried plantain, you will need to have all the ingredients mentioned above.

  1. preheat the oil in a large frying pan
  2. peel the plantains by cutting off both ends and cutting them into half.
  3. slice the halves lengthwise into thin pieces.
  4. add a little salt.
  5. fry the pieces until browned and tender then drain the oil on tissu paper.
